Sincere condolences to the Lewis family💐. Jerry Lee Lewis are the king of rock and roll forever❤️🎹🎶. He will still living by his music because legend never die.
Thank you for everything Mr Lewis.
Rest in peace Killer 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️
Praying for the family of this small town thats very close to us and to the family of Jerry lee Lewis . Your the only person that is inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame and the country music hall of fame. Your legacy will live on for a lifetime.
My husband and I were lucky enough to see Jerry Lee at the Grand, Clapham Junction, London, England on 5th November 1993.
As a rockabilly girl on the London rockin scene, I have seen a lot of the greats at gigs, but I can tell you here and now, that, that night was the nearest I ever got to how it must of felt in the 50’s watching a “Rock n Roll” star, we were in the “Gods”, as we call it here,
quote: The gods (UK English), or sometimes paradise, is a theatrical term, referring to the highest areas of a theatre such as the upper balconies. These are generally the cheapest seats.
But I can tell you that it was the most fantastic, ecstatic night of my life, he was ‘Killer’ that night!! In rockabilly terms;
Quote: Kill – To really impress
And boy did he impress!!
I can safely say, that I will never forget that night for as long as I live.
Rest in peace Jerry Lee. My wife and I saw a show you put on in 1967 at the outside stage along side the Okla. park in the outside Ampha theather Great Show. Back then you could pay to go on rides or just for the Ampha theather for 15 cents. We talked to you for 15 min or so after the show and got 3 Sun Records and a picture sighed by you , we still have them. Thank You for all the great memories God Bless
