We’ve loved you, Killer, since we first heard you on Red Hot and Blue then saw you on Memphis TV with Dewey Phillips. All of us from over there thought of you as family and have treasured every note you’ve played, every song you sang. Get well and get back in the studio for your new Gospel album. Thanks for being our favorite recording artist.
p.s. Loved the concert at the Tabernacle in Atlanta with Jimmy Burton. Wow!
I love you Jerry and am praying for you…I think you’ll remember me! When I played guitar with you I always sat across from you on the little rented jet!
I really miss You Jerry….My love to Kenny Lovelace too!lue
Get will soon ,keep on Rocking, I always remember I saw you in concert in Montreal and somebody was yelling Rock n Roll , you answered Him you said I am Rock n Roll
Rock on and get well soon Jerry Lee, we love you. You inspired this girl to play rock and roll keyboard, so thinking of you fondly and sending positive thoughts and prayers your way!
Jerry Lee Lewis, I am a long time fan of yours and love you as a person and as a musician, you are a legend and a hall of Famer of rock and roll and admire you I hope that you get well soon and God bless you and your family and your continued success
I have been a fan of yours since 1956 and always thought you were the best of them all and over the years have not changed my opinion at all.
Finally caught your show in Sparks last November, it was wonderful. On checking .your website, found out we could see your home. I told my daughter “we are going to Memphis’ and we did ,three generations. It ok was a great pleasure to see your home. We were the only ones there. Of course I feel like I know you, as all your fans do. I hope you know of the sheer joy your music has brought to so many people around the world for so long. You are truly an American treasure Jerry, and thank you so much.
Just heard that the last rock n roll pioneer is ill and in hospital. Thoughts and prayers to you Jerry Lee I grew up listening to the music when a kid and I’m grateful for every note you’ve played get well soon.
Jerry Lee…. I wish I could write a review that is more powerful, more complimentary, more full of praise for your God Given talent than anyone else has ever written. Your music has nourished and inspired me for more than fifty years. I hope to see you in Heaven….I believe that I will……then I can sit for hours and listen to your incredible gifts. You have always given God the credit. You are the single greatest entertainer God ever put on this planet. I am not exaggerating. Critics used to say, “Jerry Lee is too vain…..brags on himself too much”. Fact is, you are a humble man. Only the humble can live a life of gratitude. You have always been grateful for every moment of life ….good or bad. As for your ego? It is big….but not nearly as big as the gift God has given to this world. A lifelong friend and admirer…..Brent Forrest. San Antonio Texas
Jerrry Lee Lewis, I salute you from Collingwood, Ontario, Canada.
I am a child of the 1940s and can remember you thrilling us, when I was a teenager, with your music.
Today, your music came alive at the Collingwood (Ontario) Public Library when, at a lunchtime program, a singer-songwriter-pianist performed with dynamic enthusiasm akin to yours. The entertainer’s name is Sebastian Ellis and he is dynamic, flamboyant and I immediately thought of “shades of Jerry Lee Lewis” when he performed Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On as his encore and then was called back by the audience and performed Great Balls of Fire!
Music…the international language!
From Collingwood, Ontario, I salute you sir! Wishing you all the very best!
I was born in 1949 and my Mom bought me my first record, a 78 of Great Balls of Fire! I was only 9 years old but loved it and launched my lifetime joy of all music. My Mom bought me my 2nd 78 record, which was Elvis Presley’s Hound dog which was good but not the punch Jerry Lee has!
Thanks Jerry Lee from a boy who became aware of music.
God bless you and hope you will live forever!
