Hey Jerry Lee. I saw you play in Baton Rouge when I was playing guitar with Roy Head. Man alive, what a killer show that was. I have been a big fan of yours since I was a little boy growing up in Jacksonville, Florida in the 1960’s.
I sure would love to play some rock and roll boogie boogie with you one day. I’ve been fortunate enough to play guitar with The Allen Collins Band, Molly Hatchet and with David Allan Coe. My dream would be to record a song with you, man. Love and respect from a guitar player from Jacksonville, Florida.
I learned to play piano when I was very young listening to you and cuz Mickey Gilley’s albums. When I heard Rockin’ My Life Away on the radio in 1980 it changed my life!
I heard, and heard “of,” Jerry Lee Lewis YEARS ago and remember how moved and impressed I was with his music back then … and now, after so many years (I’m 73) I have been “rediscovering” so many of my favorite musicians and vocalists from the distant past … and for the recent few weeks, my focus has been on discovering and rediscovering Jerry Lee … and finally realizing how incredible and amazing a musician and entertainer he was, and still is … but most of all, what a genuinely GOOD persons he was and is! I have been so enjoying your music, more so than ever, the past few weeks, including the movie about your life, “Great Balls of Fire” (with Dennis Quaid); I don’t know how historically accurate it was, but I feel Dennis truly caught and expressed the essence and soul and enthusiasm of “The Killer” … and what a tribute that was! My prayers go out for Jerry and his whole family. May God bless you all. Bob
I can’t possibly thank Jerry enough, or adequately express, how much his music means to me, or how much he has touched me life. I took piano lessons as a kid and the way they taught was like torture! I would have given up piano completely — except, I started playing in the Lewis style by ear, and now play every day, having learned to read music along the way.
Luckily I got to shake Jerry’s hand after he left the stage one night at the Palomino Club in N Hollywood.
Jerry , big thank you from an italian guy that loves rock n roll thanks to your amazing music ☺️. Stay safe jerry and thanks a lot for your music. It gave a lot of happiness through the the years

I am listening to Original Golden Hits LP on Sun Records I picked up a few weeks ago. I just can’t seem to keep my leg from moving as I wake up. Fantastic record ! I found the LP at a flea market in the Finger Lakes of N.Y. I took a ride to in my 1966 Chrysler New Yorker. So glad I did !
Jerry Lee,
I first listened to your music in the 50’s and loved it. I always have and think you are brilliant.
It was a great honor to have worked with you in your office. To travel with you, meet Judd and have long talks and listen to Kenny. I even meet your father. This was in the early 70’s. We were actually friends, you tested me, I passed . Circumstances change, after a year I had to move on but still with music.
The young lady whom you met when she drove to Memphis from Lexington, I have been married to her for 46 years.
We now live in Nashville. Hopefully, we will meet again and I wish to see Kenny as well.
Thank you !
Blessings Jerry Lee !
