I’ve been a fan since 1958. Loved his music and have been to many of his shows. I am so happy to hear he accepted the Lord before he passed. I’m sure he is singing with the Million Dollar Quartet in Heaven today. I had a Pastor that played the piano like Jerry Lee, he was from Lake Charles, LA. When the church windows were open in the Summer you could hear him at the piano playing the old hymns with a slightly different beat. What a wonderful memory. Thank you, Jerry Lee for the influence. Jerry Lee will always remain close to my heart.

Glynn Behmen says, After Elvis played the Graceland Grand Piano with Jerry Lee Lewis he later told a friend Jerry Lee was a Genius on the Keyboards … he sang, who will play my Piano after I’m gone? … RIP Jerry Lee Lewis

You were the best. We all loved you and we will miss you. I wanted to add as Bob Dylan said the other night as he sang a song for Jerry Lee. “Jerry Lee will live forever, we all know that.”

I will miss Jerry Lee Lewis, The Killer! You have been my favorite for many decades and I still can’t sit still when your music starts playing! That is what I love so about you! Thankfully I had a good visit with you at Harrah’s in Cherokee, NC. There was a reception after the concert where the Cherokee people gave you a gift and I was right there watching. My husband took pictures of that visit and when I posted one picture on FB where I had my arm over Jerry Lee’s shoulder and we were smiling big at one another! Can’t beat that visit and I will always treasure that night! R.I.P. Killer!

Enjoyed your music for many years Jerry Lee. Also enjoyed reading your biography of growing up in Ferriday and your rise in the music industry. See you on the other side.

I first saw your show March 1980 stage side Carlton Celebrity Room. Shook your hand backstage at the Rainbow Room in LA 1989. I have seen most worthwhile rock acts over the last 50 years. Worked for the IA for 14 years. Many Many shows, but I have to say you were a kind of performer and person that you seldom meet. The way you made a song your own was unequaled. The last of the pioneering era. Thank You very much.

I’m so sad. What a horrible horrible year 2022 has been. One of the only things, that has helped a little is that I know you made it to somewhere over the rainbow. I just know that you made it. Love you forever

    Dear Jerry Lee,
I fell in love with your music when I was visiting Memphis summer of 2014. I love the sound of your voice, and you were the best piano player of all time. I know that you questioned whether you would join the kingdom of God, but I feel certain that you are in the heavenly choir, and all eyes are on you! You were an amazing light on this earth, the planet will be so much dimmer without you. You were too amazing for words! Rest Easy Killer! Love Chasity
And my German Shepherd seeing eye dog, Glen

The Gospel Music recordings by Jerry Lee Lewis ought to put him in that Hall of Fame, also, they are so great. We love the new Boys From Ferriday album!. So sorry that he is gone, but looking forward to meeting him later in Heaven.
